How do we get started?
It's as simple as emailing me at troyetrotter@gmail.com or filling out the contact form here! I will then be in touch as soon as possible to discuss your requirements, set a casual consultation date (via teams or in-person) and get started.
How quickly can we begin?
Following our initial virtual or in-person meeting, I am currently able to begin creating, scheduling and promoting content for your brand or business within 2 weeks.
In urgent need of assistance?
Then don't hesitate to get in touch! Whether you have an upcoming event in need of rapid promotion, a workplace emergency or sickness, I can often fast-track services to meet you where you're at to ensure you're not left behind.
What kind of growth can I expect?
A key aspect of our initial chat will be discussing your business goals and where you see yourself in both the short and long term. This is an exciting step that allows me to put together a suitable plan for development and set up your marketing schedule. Whether you are looking to increase reach and brand awareness or bring in sales or event bookings, I will work with you closely to achieve your goals.
As a general rule, you can expect:
- An increase in followers
- An increase in engagement in the form of comments, likes, shares and reach

I will create a monthly recap and breakdown of performance on your socials, allowing us to continue making informed decisions with the greatest impact.

Am I expected to sign a long-term contract?
No!
I pride myself on flexibility and working with the needs of the business at all times. For many smaller businesses in particular, I understand that this often means working within tight budgets and uncertain timeframes, or that services are occasionally only required as a booster for a short-term basis. To take unnecessary strain off your shoulders, I am happy to work on a rolling monthly, one-off or longer term basis, and the cost will of course reflect this.
Your contract will be personalised to your needs - I don't want my services to be locked behind a hefty paywall, especially for up-and-coming Queer businesses!

Do you capture and create all content, or can you use my pre-existing material?
The short answer: both!
I am totally comfortable creating graphics, branding materials and content from scratch or utilising and building upon your pre-existing content and branding style.
The long answer:
I will always work with the needs and purpose of your business or project at the forefront of my time spent with you. If you have - or are currently in the process of - setting up a new business and are unsure where to begin, I will work closely with you to build a presence that you are proud of, including the creation of your social media accounts, copywriting, website content & branding, email newsletters, traditional media and much more. I can also assist in the creation of branding guidelines (e.g. logos, fonts and tone of voice) which you can carry forward into the future of your business.
However, if you already have an established brand and are looking to either continue along those lines or make a drastic branding change - including the editing and publishing of pre-existing static photos and videos- I am here to help!

Recommended platforms for your unique business will depend on your industry and target audience, but I am on hand to cover the following major platforms for all your marketing needs:

What packages do you offer?
I offer a range of flexible packages to suit you, ranging from simple rolling plans beginning at 2-3 social media posts per week, to fully-fledged social media management to take your reach to new heights:
Social Basics
If you are looking for 2 -3 static posts and stories a week across Facebook and Instagram, this is the perfect starting point for new businesses and those testing the waters with social media and marketing support.
I will still provide the same support, monthly reports and analytics that are included with my other packages, plus the same level of support and passion for elevating your brand and business, simply on a scale that feels less initially intimidating!
Mix and Match
Require a mix of content types, marketing and ads across various platforms? The mix and match plan was created with you in mind.
I will work closely with you to create a marketing plan that caters specifically to your brand's requirements, ensuring you reach the clients and community that matters most. This could be scheduling a combination of content on primary social platforms plus email newsletters, or support in setting up your new (or renovated!) website and taking the first steps into paid advertisements - the possibilities are endless.

Fully Fledged
The most comprehensive package I offer, this plan includes all aspects of social media coverage (including paid ads and engagement support) across Facebook, Instagram and any other required platforms. It also includes copywriting for your website and newsletters, branding and graphic design, plus email newsletter marketing, all within one all-encompassing strategy!
This plan can also include support with the coverage of your social media messages and other forms of written contact - if this is required, this can be discussed in depth at the consultation stage.
